I would consider myself a mental health expert, I have been Senior Director for many agencies and trained many therapists with several different agencies. I have been in this field a long time and have worked with all populations. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bi polar disordrs, career and life balance, marital concrns, discovering your purpose and career counseling. I chose this field becuase it is simply my calling in life.
