My name is Luz Hernandez Jasso, and I am a Bilingual and Bi-culture Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Napa California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with children, adults, families, and couples. I specialize in severe trauma, anxiety, and depression, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and multi-systemic therapy to help my clients to make progress and start feeling better. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges.
