My ideal client is an adult facing anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or major life transitions. They’re tired of just “pushing through” and crave real change, clarity, and relief. Often feeling stuck or emotionally drained, they want practical tools, honest guidance, and a safe space where they can feel truly seen and understood.
