We all arrive with a story. Stories shaped by our pasts and with hopes for the future. Our stories contain relationships, triumphs, failures. If you are here, perhaps you are hoping for something different in your next chapter. As your therapist, I will listen to your story nonjudgmentally, holding space for the pains and celebrating the joys. Using supportive and challenging reflection, we will explore obstacles that keep you stuck in a negative story. We will practice authoring change in the safety of the space we’ve created. Like any good story, there will be laughter and tears, and there will be a stronger character at the end.
