Hello and welcome! I work one-on-one with adolescents and adults struggling with OCD, phobias, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. I also work with family members of people with substance use disorder and people impacted by domestic violence. I offer in-office sessions at Denver Tech Center and in Westminster. I also offer telehealth sessions for anyone in Colorado. I became a therapist because I've personally experienced mental health challenges and therapy has helped me immensely.
