I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel emotionally safe and supported. Healing requires vulnerability, and it’s important to know that you will be met with compassion, respect, and care. Together, we explore the protective parts of you that once helped you survive but may now feel limiting. These parts often show up as self-doubt, anxiety, people-pleasing, or emotional reactivity. Rather than judging them, we work to understand their purpose and gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
