Hi! My name is Lydia, and I am a pre-licensed therapist. I am deeply passionate about supporting those navigating issues like trauma, identity, anxiety, relationships, and family of origin dynamics. I enjoy incorporating expressive arts, mind and body connection, and play into my work with both adults and children. I believe that the most healing can happen in therapy when clients are committed to showing up, coming to the space with open-mindedness, courage, and self-compassion towards their journey. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and deeply relational. I draw from psychodynamic theory, somatic experiencing theory, expressive arts therapy, parts work, and child-centered play therapy. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions (Mon-Wed evenings). I currently accept both insurance and sliding scale clients.
