Hello there! I’m happy you’ve stopped by. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with youth and adults on a variety of personal struggles. It’s not uncommon to run into roadblocks throughout your life, no matter what age, and sometimes we don’t know how to navigate them alone when they’re in our path. Reaching out for help during those times can be one of the hardest things to do, and it would be my pleasure to help you develop the tools and build up the skills you need to break through those roadblocks as they come your way.
