I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping clients throughout California using innovative evidence bases cutting edge intervention to help each client transform from the impact of trauma, anxiety, mood difficulties, stress and grief in a safe and caring environment. Each plan is tailored to the client and their specific needs and wants to help find relief from symptoms and feel more confident. I solely use Telehealth and/or Video Therapy for the therapy process process.
