My ideal client is ready to do the work and not afraid of digging deep into the process. Getting into therapy is not easy, so I aim to help clients recognize that they can start the healing journey with clinical support. I enjoy working with folks who are open to the therapeutic process, as well as someone who isn't afraid of getting creative in the therapeutic space. My ideal client is willing to learn and practice skills that help them manage their symptoms while also looking deeper into what is causing these mental health needs. I like to bring my art therapy specialty to clients who find value in the expressive arts. I use art therapy approaches with clients who have a difficult time using language to express their feelings and emotions.
