Hi I'm Lydia Mandell. I love working with mid-life women. I bring over 24 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor and Art Therapist to my practice. I integrate a variety modalities of including art therapy, movement, humor, meditation, ceremony, and breathwork into my practice to help my clients to remember who they truly are outside of others' expectations. My gift is guiding women through life’s transitions to get grounded and feel fully embodied, alive, capable, and excited about their lives.
