In my practice, I believe that therapy should be driven by the individual. I work to empower individuals to create the change they want to see in their lives, promote healing, and acceptance of themselves. I believe the most important indicator of success is a trusting and supportive relationship with the therapist. My role in the therapeutic process is to guide my clients towards their highest potential, while also collaborating with them in every aspect of our work. Because everyone has unique strengths and barriers, my therapy style is open, flexible, and tailored to meet the specific goals of each client.
