I provide a safe space where clients feel seen, challenged, and fully supported. I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative partnership. Whether you (or your teenager) are dealing with past trauma, anxiety, depression, or other challenges I meet you exactly where you are, tailoring our work to ensure your goals feel both meaningful and attainable. While we will work to ease the weight of anxiety and stress in the present, I am passionate about helping uncover the root causes of mental health challenges to create lasting change. I help people stop just "managing" their symptoms and start addressing root causes. My approach is deeply collaborative—we’ll look at the patterns from your past (psychodynamic) while giving you concrete tools to feel better right now (CBT). For those feeling stuck in past trauma, I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help find relief quickly
