Welcome! I am a master's in counseling student intern and believe in the inherent wisdom and capacity for healing that exists within every person. I offer therapy both in person and online to those located in Arizona. My approach is rooted in warmth, curiosity, collaboration and care. Together, we will walk a path where I will support you in tuning into your inner knowing, building self-trust, and tending to all that aches as well as all that desires to be celebrated. In session, I blend evidence-based practices alongside somatic and creative modalities.
