I am a therapist with lived experience which means that I have a mental health condition and personal experience with the mental health recovery journey process. There is nothing to be ashamed of when you are diagnosed with a mental health condition. So many people (including myself) self-stigmatized in the beginning because of shock or disbelief of the diagnosis. I can assist you in making sense of things and in finding yourself as you maintain your recovery. Many therapists can do this; however, not many of them have personal experience that they can professionally share with you to help you live your best life.
