My practice is located in Southport, CT. While my approach is tailored to each unique individual (no manualized therapy here!), our focus will be on improving quality of life. In essence, I help you learn more effective ways to manage painful feelings, anxieties, and memories, while building more loving relationships. I specialize with couples, as well as individuals who need to grow and thrive after suffering with addictions and trauma. We work together intensively to improve self-care and confidence. I enjoy group work because it provides a powerful setting for expressing feelings, shedding shame, and creating intimacy.
