In my practice I work with adults dealing with a variety of issues, including relationship issues, self esteem, depression, anxiety, loss/grief, work issues, trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, family issues, issues with food/weight, addictions, and anger. We all face life and interpersonal challenges at times, and it can be very helpful to meet with someone who has comfort in dealing with a variety of life stressors. I welcome ALL who want to improve the quality of their life and/or relationships and are open to sharing their story.
