I specialize in helping teens, adults, couples and clinical supervisees navigate challenges related to addiction, grief, trauma, gambling, life transitions, farm-related stress, and relationship issues. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and begin to rediscover your strengths.
