Hello! I am Lyndsey and I am a therapist who works with all ages and am particularly passionate about working with children, families, and couples. I aim to emphasize a person-centered approach to therapy where I believe the client is the expert on their own lives and let them take the lead. Creating strong therapeutic relationships with each of my clients is a strength of mine and the key to seeing growth in each client. I strive to have each of my clients be met with a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding space. When working with kids, I want therapy to be fun! I try to step into the imagination of a child’s mind to explore, validate, and challenge one’s emotional and cognitive processes. Children will be free to bring their strengths, desires, and hobbies into therapy, and I will work as a guide to make the sessions creatively therapeutic.
