Change is inevitable, growth is optional, and mental health is not "one size fits all". Rather, it is an exploration of finding the crucial ingredients needed for your mental health journey and growth. My approach to therapy is using a mixture of different modalities to create a space in which my clients can explore and learn new tools to help them better cope with the changing world around them. Implementing different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, allows me to use meaningful interventions that meet my clients where they are.
