Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Texas, New Hampshire, and Kansas (LSCSW). I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, divorce, general mental health, PTSD, mood disorders, Bi-polar, personality disorders, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, life transitions, anger management and many other mental health challenges to become the best versions of themselves.
