I work with families and individuals to resolve issues that prevent them from living a peaceful life. My approach is accepting, eclectic, practical, collaborative and mindful. If you are a parent struggling with how to manage your child's behaviors, a couple experiencing a fractured relationship, a teen or individual trying to understand yourself and healthy decisions or a family dealing with adversity, I practice evidenced based skills that could improve your circumstances and your well being.
