As a clinical social work practitioner, I have provided services to people across the lifespan. I utilize a client-centered approach and work in collaboration with each client to plan their course of therapy. I prefer a brief therapy approach in order to focus on the most pressing reason for a person seeking therapeutic services, however, I combine various methodologies in my treatment approach including but not not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Insight Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have extensive experience providing individual (adult and adolescent), family (including couples) and group therapy. I work with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, relational problems, life transitions, grief and the list goes on.
