My ideal client is someone who feels ready—maybe even just a little—to understand themselves more deeply. They might be navigating anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, trauma, or a difficult life transition. Often, they’ve reached a point where old patterns no longer serve them, and they’re searching for relief, clarity, and a sense of stability. What they need most is a safe, compassionate space where they don’t have to carry everything alone. They want to feel heard without judgment, to make sense of their emotions and experiences, and to develop healthier ways of coping.
