Dear Future Client: I want you to know that I will provide a safe space to share, empathic understanding so you are truly heard, and evidenced based tools that are effective so you can grow, heal, reach your goals. I also bring with me 14 years of cross-cultural living, which has tuned me into hearing the messages behind the words. If you are a teen or adult, I'm interested in working with you! If you are battling with trauma, if you are struggling with anxiety and depression, if emotions are bigger than you can manage, if you are wanting a place to be heard, without judgment, I'm interested in being that place for you. My specialties include work with teens, young adults and adults, including working in 3 schools and 2 colleges. I have cross-cultural life experience. I am effective in using CBT for general mental health, and CPT for trauma and PTSD, and have helped people with OCD through CBT and exposure therapy.
