I am a caring and compassionate therapist who is committed to helping people make needed changes in their lives. Sometimes change is not possible and we need the tools to adapt to those situations that are beyond our control. I have supported many clients in the therapeutic relationship to learn about themselves and to focus and build on the strengths that each person has. I have extensive experience with adolescents and children and i have always worked very closely with parents so that we can all work towards the same goals.
