My passion is to help people grow through circumstances and difficulties that arise. I meet clients where they are and feel privileged to walk the journey of discovery with them. I believe that treating the whole person allows for balance of physical, emotional, and mental health. I utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, as well as strength based approaches. I value trust and open communication within the therapeutic relationship. I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing. Together we will create a custom plan to help you! I have experience facilitating substance abuse groups for parolees as well as providing counseling services for those with substance abuse concerns. I have experience and training in working with eating disorders, anxiety, addiction, depression, and trauma among many other things.
