I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in treating those who have experienced trauma. I know that experiencing traumatic stress can take a huge toll on health, relationships, and general satisfaction with life, and it's my greatest privilege to help clients recover their wellbeing. While trauma may be different for everyone, some examples include child abuse and neglect, employment stressors like first responder duties, intimate partner violence, and medical incidents. I offer psychotherapy for adults ages 18 and older and neurofeedback for ages 8 through adult.
