As we navigate our often-complex world, there are times when talking with a professional can make a significant positive difference. I work with children, adolescents and adults on issues that may be interfering with success at home, school, jobs or relationships in general. I provide a welcoming and supportive environment, in which trusting relationships develop. In addition to talk therapy and a variety of approaches, I also do experiential work including art, music and being out in nature - whatever might resonate with individuals.
