I believe that change is possible. Realizing that things are not working, and wanting something to change, is an important point in creating the life you want to have. I am glad that you have chosen to see if therapy can help you. My goal is to create a safe place in which you can learn to understand yourself, heal your wounds, and to become the person you want to be. I work with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues; from everyday struggles, anxiety, depression, psychological trauma and dissociation, eating disorders, relationship issues, spirituality, and aging.
