Aloha! I'm currently offering sessions via telehealth. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in understanding all of the factors that have created your need for support at this time. With that understanding, I will work with you to heal past traumas and challenges, while supporting you in moving towards your desired outcome. I work with both individuals and couples. I have had great success with helping couples to move forward in their relationships with greater connection, communication, and clarity. I offer a fresh perspective and 100 % dedication to my clients. I have worked with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, personal growth amid many other issues. I offer Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Collaborative therapy ,as well as other modalities including grounding techniques, and mindfulness practices.
