I have over 30 years of clinical experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions, but I also have wisdom from life challenges that I have managed. My clients comment that I'm relaxed and easy to talk to, and I ask thought provoking questions that help them to think through their issues without being too passive or directive. I can help you understand the deep beliefs you hold and the defenses you use to protect yourself, though they can end up hurting you or others. Also have experience working with health care providers who are coping with stressors on and off job.
