I am a Professional Licensed Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have over 18 years of experience dealing with mental health issues such as depression, ADHD, PTSD, ODD and anxiety as well as other behavioral issues. I have experience working with individuals (ages 4+). I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship in which we work together to solve problems in which each person is treated with dignity and respect. Sometimes life becomes overwhelming and we could always use a little extra help. I utilize play therapy with my younger clients and CBT therapy with older clients.
