I have been a licensed psychotherapist for twenty plus years. In the past ten years, I have been certified in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, EMDR, and use Comprehensive Resource Model, Internal Family Systems, Energy Medicine, and Emotional Freedom Technique. Integrating these modalities has been life changing for my clients when healing from trauma, depression, and anxiety. We all have experiences in our past that have created coping mechanisms that can now prevent us from having the relationships, success, joy and happiness that we are meant to experience. My style is collaborative as we begin a path of restoring health and wellness which I believe is one's birthright. I have been a teaching assistant to David Feinstein, the author of many books including The Promise of Energy Psychology at The Omega Institite, Cape Cod Institiute, and the Kripalu Center.
