I'm a graduate student therapist that hopes to create a space where all parts of you are celebrated. I approach therapy using an Adelerian lens, viewing each of us as social beings with an inherent desire to belong and feel loved. I believe that true belongingness comes when we are able to live as our most authentic selves and that it is through this authenticity that sincere connection forms, creating meaningful and fulfilling lives. No matter where you are in your journey, I see therapy as a liberating process meant to foster more alignment within yourself and the world around you.
