As a therapist I have been counseling children, adolescents and young adults in the Kalamazoo area for more than 21 years. My expertise is helping clients and families deal with depression and anxiety, skill-building, improving relationships and communication, healing from trauma and building on each individual’s personal strengths. I believe an integrative approach is best practice, tailored to each client. My goal as a therapist is to work together with clients, using creative and engaging activities, all in a safe, relaxed and non-judgmental setting to achieve their goals.
