Welcome: After thirty years of living in the San Juan Mountains, I connect best with clients who appreciate a direct approach. Counseling is collaborative and assists in the evolvement of a peaceful inner state - overriding fear, doubt, and the divisiveness surrounding humanity right now. Grief, anxiety, addiction, and trauma are met through a compassionate lens by creating a safe space for authenticity to emerge, so that survival modes can relax. Sensitivity is embraced as a strength while discernment and healthy boundaries become the natural outcome from the work we will do together.
