You've tried traditional therapy and it didn't feel sufficient. I use a combination of integrative psychotherapy, coaching and alternative healing modalities where you can experience evidence of your progress in your inner and outer life. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, a difficult life transition, creative blocks, issues resistant to change; relationship, work and parenting issues, or challenges with your neurodiversity or sexuality, I will help you use them for sustainable transformation. I love working with growth-minded adults, entrepreneurs, creatives, neurodivergent and/or spiritually-inclined clients. My approach integrates the body, mind and soul/spirit with psychoanalytic, somatic or limbic and psycho-spiritual modalities. I received a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling emphasizing Depth & Jungian Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy and a masters in Spiritual Psychology. I facilitate Systemic Constellations Work in group workshop formats.
