About

I provide compassionate, culturally-attuned, trauma-informed therapy that's relevant and resonant with the times and world we share. As an ecotherapist, I also integrate the support, resilience and wisdom of the natural world with traditional counseling. My adaptive toolbox includes IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic/Sensory Awareness, Meditation/Mindfulness and Eco/Mythic narratives and patterns of culture, nature and change. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, inadequacy, shame, anger, grief, fear and loneliness. I enjoy working with clients who are neurodiverse or "othered" by society (in body, gender etc).
