M mental Health and Wellness is clinic with multiple clinicians. We offer services focusing primarily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy ( DBT): Distress Tolerance CBT, ACT, and Trauma-Informed interventions. We work with children with behavioral issues. We provide additional support and resources to parents. We have worked and are working with clients with history of PTSD (trauma), depression, anxiety, grieving and relational issues. We also offer family therapy and groups. We provide services to patients of all ages and accept all major insurances. We help couple work on their broken relations and help parents with children with behavioral problems such as oppositional defiance and ADHD.
