I have a passion with working with individuals working through multi-facets of life issues including mental illness, stress and anxiety, trauma, marital and relationship stress, self-identity related issues and regulating emotions. I have a passion with helping individuals work on goals including regulating emotions, impulsivity and trauma while increasing self-confidence, quality of life and improve connectivity and intimacy in relationships. I value my Christian faith and offer an option for a focus on Christian principles to be incorporated in the counseling process for those individuals who share similar beliefs. I have 10 years experience working with multiple population groups and spectrum of issues related to mental health, marital, family, couples and faith-related issues. I have vast experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavior Therapy that have enhanced my technique and ability in meeting client needs.
