Are you carrying pain that no one else can see? Maybe you’re showing up every day, doing what you have to do—but inside, you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to survive. You might feel like something is “off,” or that you’re too much, or not enough. If you're navigating life after trauma, grief, or complicated relationships, you are not alone—and you don’t have to do this alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and life’s hardest moments. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS). During our first session, you can expect a laid-back meeting. No pressure, just getting to know one another and moving through your initial intake. We'll talk about what sessions will look like, privacy information, and safety.
