Are anxiety, sadness, or perfectionism getting in the way of the life you want? Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from others, or even from yourself? You don’t have to face this alone. I work with older teens and adults navigating trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and systems-based, and I often use EMDR to help process painful experiences and foster healing. I’m especially passionate about exploring the link between anxiety, perfectionism, and unresolved inner wounds. Together, we can work toward relief, insight, and lasting change.
