I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them better understand and manage the emotions and experiences that shape their lives. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic principles, emphasizing the importance of insight, connection, and the stories that influence how we relate to ourselves and others. I also conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals of all ages to address questions related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and personality functioning.
