Please note, I am not accepting new clients at this time. My biggest goal for myself as a therapist is to create a space where you feel completely free from any kind of judgment. A space where every part of you is welcome, especially the parts you don’t like. In fact, they get a seat in the front. My second goal is to provide evidence-based treatments to reduce the unwanted feelings you’re experiencing. Not all treatments come from one type of therapy—some take time, while others work quickly. Regardless, you should leave therapy feeling more in control of your mood or at the very least that change is on the horizon.
