Welcome! I’m Macy Eide, my experience includes working with adolescents in high-need settings, where I used Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports to help reshape behaviors and build resilience. I’ve also supported adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in foster care, applying Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques. My approach is rooted in systemic thinking and problem-solving, with a special interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS helps us explore the different parts of ourselves—some that may need healing, others that offer strength—so we can move toward greater self-understanding.
