Life can be hard. Maybe life stressors feel too much, worries feel uncontrollable, you feel 'meh', or relationships aren't going as planned. Having someone to talk through things can help. I strive to create a safe space for clients to feel accepted, supported, and heard so they are able to process challenges, changes, or past experiences and find their path forward for healing. I believe therapy is best done by meeting clients where they are, recognizing their strengths and understanding how their experiences have shaped them and using this to support client's in reaching goals.
