Hola, my name is Madahi Macias and I am a first generation Latina therapist. I am passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health in my community helping others break through cycles of generational trauma. I am passionate about working with the first generation Latinx population. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. In therapy we collaboratively work through the impacts that trauma has. I also assist individuals in managing depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
