Life is full of surprises, some pleasant and some hard to understand. As human beings we all face struggles and challenges in one form or another, therefore we could all use some support, empathy, compassion and guidance as we navigate life. If you struggle with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, navigating family conflicts, processing grief and loss, or suffering from abuse or trauma, I am here to offer you the support, guidance and understanding that you deserve. My approach is person-centered, down to earth, and welcoming. I strive on building strong therapeutic alliances, and believe in collaboration with clients to develop and achieve goals. I use a variety of therapy interventions and techniques, such as CBT, Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based approach.
