I work with adults at any stage, though my work focuses primarily with teenage girls and those with chronic illness. The goals of each of these groups are similar: being seen, heard and validated. Chronic illness can be incredibly lonely and isolating; you deserve the space to mourn what you have lost, while also offering perspective to embark on a new path forward. You deserve the space to be yourself without masking your illness to "fit in." While you may be trapped in a body afflicted with illness, you have the power within to live a more joyful life. It would be an honor to help you harness that power.
